Crew Resource Management (CRM) is a concept widely used in aviation as well as other sectors that involve teamwork and decision-making in complex and high-risk environments.
CRM aims to improve communication, coordination and decision-making among team members to ensure safe and efficient operations.
In aviation, CRM is particularly important due to the critical and complex nature of air operations. It involves the interaction between flight crew, including pilots, flight attendants and other team members.
Although CRM was initially developed for aviation, its principles and techniques have been successfully applied in other sectors, such as medicine, the shipping industry, the military and the management of high-performance teams. In general, CRM aims to improve team effectiveness, safety, efficiency and decision-making in complex and dynamic environments.
In accordance with the EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency) directive, all our trainers meet the legal requirements to be able to teach CRM by an accredited institution, and in addition, they are all highly experienced instructor pilots with a great knowledge of the national and international reality.
