CRM Helicopter Firefighting Brigades Training
Helicopter firefighting is an important and critical system in forest firefighting. It comprises a team working together to operate an aircraft safely and provide high-quality and efficient initial and extended support.
The implementation of CRM in helitransport firefighting operations is a decisive factor for the safety of these missions.
There is no doubt that there is a risk associated with each flight, and the danger of an accident in a firefighting operation is extremely high due to the constraints of this operation.
The objective of this course related exclusively to CRM in helitransport firefighting operation is the prevention of accidents, respecting and complying with the applicable requirements and procedures, in order to optimize safety and effectiveness.
This course aims to facilitate non-technical crew members the basic concepts of CRM, which encompass important tools that contribute to the success of this mission, which aim to improve performance by reducing error and consequently increase the operational safety of the teams.
