CRM Pilots Recurrent Training

At UNA Aviation, we understand the importance of recurrent Crew Resource Management (CRM) training to ensure safe and efficient flight operations. That is why we have developed a modular 3- year recurrent CRM program that covers all the necessary CRM theoretical elements.

Our CRM facilitators and examiners work closely with aviation organizations to develop tailor-made CRM training programs specific to each company. Training can be delivered at our training center or at your company, or at a location of your choice.

We believe that annual recurrent CRM training is crucial, and our modular approach ensures that all elements of CRM training are covered in a timely and efficient manner. However, if you require an alternative program or bespoke training, we are happy to accommodate your specific requirements.
